The Mosaic Medical Program at ACG Health combines primary healthcare, mental healthcare, and access to other clinical and supportive services to members of the LGBTQ+ community. We use an integrated approach designed to empower and foster resilience, health, and wellness. We put an individual’s needs as the center of care, while also advocating for equitable care for all. The Mosaic Medical program at ACG Health is committed to addressing stigma, discrimination, poor access to care, and the impacts of poverty.

We know that good medical care is about more than meeting your medical needs.  Our interdisciplinary team of medical providers, nurses, medical technicians. and mental health providers work together to provide wrap-around care to meet our patients’ needs. 

STI Testing and Treatment

Getting tested for STIs is one of the most important things you can do to protect your health if you are sexually active. Our providers are knowledgeable and non-judgmental. We offer anonymous and confidential testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, and the full array of sexually transmitted infections, including Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and others.  Testing is available on a walk in basis or by appointment.  If you test positive for any of these conditions, we will offer treatment options and strategies to keep yourself healthy. Additionally, we offer STI prevention education and counseling including condom distribution.

Mental Health Services

We offer mental health services for patients currently utilizing our medical services. Our team of mental health providers is trained to deliver specialized care in order to best meet the unique needs of the individuals that we care for. The LGBTQ+ community experiences high rates of many mental health disorders like depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, and we are here to help. Our clinicians provide excellent care and we seek to empower individuals to lead fulfilling and authentic lives.

We offer ongoing individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, psychological assessment, as well as consultations and letter writing for medical procedures. For more information about mental health services, please see our mental health services page.

You can expect your therapist to work with the rest of your care team to provide high quality integrative and holistic care. Our clinicians include licensed psychologists, licensed professional counselors, as well as board certified art therapists, post doctoral psychology residents, and predoctoral psychology interns. Mosaic’s team of mental health professionals provides care from a variety of theoretical orientations and is skilled at providing care for a wide variety of mental health concerns and conditions. We practice from an affirmative, and trauma-informed perspective.
