Mosaic Medical Program

The Mosaic Medical Program at ACG Health combines primary healthcare, mental healthcare, and access to other clinical and supportive services to members of the LGBTQ+ community. We use an integrated approach designed to empower and foster resilience, health, and wellness. We put an individual’s needs as the center of care, while also advocating for equitable care for all. The Mosaic Medical program at ACG Health is committed to addressing stigma, discrimination, poor access to care, and the impacts of poverty.

Primary Lesbian, Gay, Bi Specific Healthcare

The Mosaic Medical program at ACG Health believes that all people deserve access to healthcare and providers that respect them and their specific healthcare needs.

We provide comprehensive primary care health care services for people ages 18 and up. We have an integrated approach with our clinicians and on-site mental health staff.

Primary Care services include:

- Women’s Healthcare
- Sexual Health Services, including PEP, PrEP, and STI testing and treatment

Gender Affirming Healthcare We know that good medical care is about more than meeting your medical needs. At the Mosaic Medical program at ACG Health we aim to create an environment of affirmation, inclusion, and respect. Our providers are committed to honoring the identity of each patient who walks through our doors. Our interdisciplinary team of medical providers, nurses, medical technicians. and mental health providers work together to provide wrap-around care to meet our patients’ needs. We provide services to our gender-diverse patients including:

- Hormone Therapy (HRT)
- Surgery assessments and letters
- Mental Health Care
- STI Testing and Treatment
- Breast and Chest Care
- Family planning and Birth Control
- Gynecological Care
- HIV prevention and treatment including PrEP
- Medication Pick-Up and Delivery Services

STI Testing and Treatment Getting tested for STIs is one of the most important things you can do to protect your health if you are sexually active. Our providers are knowledgeable and non-judgmental. We offer anonymous and confidential testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, and the full array of sexually transmitted infections, including Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and others. Testing is available on a walk in basis or by appointment. If you test positive for any of these conditions, we will offer treatment options and strategies to keep yourself healthy. Mental Health Services Our team of mental health providers are trained to deliver specialized care in order to best meet the unique needs of the individuals that we care for. The LGBTQ+ community experiences high rates of many mental health disorders like depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, and we are here to help. Our clinicians provide care that is affirmative and inclusive of LGBTQ+ identities, and we seek to empower individuals to lead fulfilling and authentic lives. We offer ongoing individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, psychological assessment, as well as consultations and letter writing for gender affirming medical procedures. You can expect your therapist to work with the rest of your care team to provide high quality integrative and holistic care. Our clinicians include licensed psychologists, licensed professional counselors, as well as board certified art therapists, post doctoral psychology residents, and predoctoral psychology interns. Mosaic’s team of mental health professionals provides care from a variety of theoretical orientations and is skilled at providing care for a wide variety of mental health concerns and conditions. We practice from an affirmative, and trauma-informed perspective.
