We provide comprehensive medical care and supportive services to people living with HIV. From the point of entry into care, a care-coordinated treatment plan is developed to suit your needs.

We offer HIV+ Medical Care at three clinical locations in Chester, Sharon Hill, and Reading.  Appointments are available. To make an appointment, please complete our appointment request form or call your nearest medical office.

HIV+ Medical Care is offered regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.  We will work with you to provide the care and treatment you need.
