Originally focused on HIV care, our clinical and supportive services have grown to match the evolving needs of our patients and the communities we serve. The new name reflects our commitment to expanding our scope of services behind HIV/AIDS care while continuing to uphold the legacy of compassionate healthcare.
Incorporated in 1998, AIDS Care Group was initially formed to serve the needs of an underserved group of people living with HIV in Chester, PA, who were unable to access healthcare and social services for their HIV disease. Over the last 26 years, our organization has evolved to meet the ever-changing needs of our community and patients while addressing other health issues impacting our community, including substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment, STI testing and HIV prevention, and LGBTQ+ healthcare. ACG Health now has 6 clinical offices in Chester, Sharon Hill, Eddystone, and Reading. We offer comprehensive clinical and supportive services to over 1500 patients annually. The decision to change our name to ACG Health signifies our dedication to addressing the diverse health needs of our community.
ACG Health will continue to provide the same high-quality care for which it has become known. Care is still our middle name. We remain committed to advocating and supporting people living with HIV/AIDS. Our commitment to comprehensive health services that go beyond HIV/AIDS care ensures that our community’s diverse health needs are met.
